Reading : Sorting Out Fruits in Our Dramatic Center
Instructions: If you are ready for a story, touch your ears. Sit the Indian style, hands on your lap and pay attention as we read the book with the title, "Eating the Alphabets". During center time, you will have an opportunity to visit the dramatic center and find the fruits that are in the video and also the fruits that we read about in our book.

First, the teacher will read the book entitled " Eating the Alphabet". This book highlights all the names of the fruits whose name starts with a specific letter of the Alphabet. The teacher will hold a discussion asking the students to explain the fruits they had eaten for both the breakfast and lunch and expound on thier choices. The teacher will share pictures of unfamilar fruits from the book and explain how seasons determine the kind so fruits available at the stores/
