Introduction: 
2Puggles is an artisan woodworking shop in North Carolina that provides a variety of natural wood products, including earrings, bookmarks, clocks, and coasters. Moving forward, the company wants to increase its sales of clocks. The products owner sees the potential clocks have as heirlooms for customers' families. 
2Puggles has a history of participating in multiple craft fairs and offers their products online. 

Case Study Information: Target Market

It may be difficult to determine a specific target audience for handmade products sold online. However, according to an article by Business Insider (2016) 22% of US adults said in a recent Pew survey they have purchased a handmade product online. The survey also revealed that women are almost twice as alikely as men to buy handmade goods online with 29% of women saying they had done so before, compared to 15% for the male population. The article also indicates that on top of that, customers who tend to buy goods online that are handmade tend to be college-educated and young.
