TeacherServer provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these TOS.
Description of Service
TeacherServer offers a variety of AI-powered tools and resources designed to support teachers in planning, assessment, test preparation, and more. These tools include, but are not limited to, lesson plan generators, quiz makers, assignment feedback tools, mistake-based assignment creators, text proofreaders, and other educational utilities.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Users retain full ownership of any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials ("User-Generated Content") that they submit, post, generate, or display on or through the Service.
Data Privacy
Other than your account details (name, email, password), your data you submit to TeacherServer is not saved or stored on our server. Please see our privacy policy for details. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that any data processed through our service is handled with utmost confidentiality.
User Conduct
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You, and not TeacherServer, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via the service.
No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the service (including your user ID), use of the service, or access to the service.
Modifications to Service
TeacherServer reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TeacherServer shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
FERPA Compliance
TeacherServer maintains strict compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We do not collect or store student educational records and only process data as explicitly directed by educational institutions. We maintain strict confidentiality of all student information and provide access controls that allow schools to manage student data rights in compliance with FERPA requirements. We do not disclose any student information to third parties without proper authorization from the educational institution or as required by law.
Accessibility
TeacherServer is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards by maintaining keyboard navigation functionality, providing adequate color contrast, ensuring screen reader compatibility, supporting text resizing without loss of functionality, including alt text for images, and offering closed captions for video content. Data Security
TeacherServer implements comprehensive security measures to protect your data. These measures include end-to-end encryption for data transmission, regular security audits and penetration testing, multi-factor authentication options, role-based access controls, regular security training for staff, incident response procedures, and automated threat detection systems. All processing occurs in secure, certified data centers with industry-standard protections.

Age Restrictions
TeacherServer is intended for use by teachers and educational professionals. Teachers who choose to share or use TeacherServer content with their students acknowledge and agree that: (a) They are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary parental/guardian consents, including those required under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for students under age 13; (b) They will ensure all student use complies with their educational institution's policies and applicable privacy laws; (c) They will supervise and be responsible for any student access to or use of TeacherServer resources within their educational setting; (d) They have authorization from their educational institution to use TeacherServer as part of their educational activities; (e) They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any student information in connection with using TeacherServer. TeacherServer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent obtained through the student's teacher or school.
Content Standards
All content must be appropriate for K-12 educational settings and must not contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material. Content must support educational objectives, respect intellectual property rights, follow fair use guidelines for educational materials, meet professional teaching standards, and maintain accuracy and currency. TeacherServer reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
Third-Party Tools
Our platform integrates with certain third-party services necessary for operation, including authentication services, cloud storage providers for temporary data processing, and AI processing services. All third-party providers must meet our security standards, comply with educational privacy requirements, process data only as necessary for service delivery, and maintain strict non-retention policies for user data.
Data Retention
TeacherServer maintains a strict data retention policy. AI processing data is not retained, account information is retained only while the account is active, user dashboard preferences are retained until user deletion, and deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days. System logs are retained for 30 days, and backup copies are maintained for a maximum of 90 days for system reliability purposes.
Export and Download Capabilities
Users may download their profile information, export dashboard settings and preferences, and save AI-generated content before closing sessions. Users may request a copy of their account data and transfer their content to other platforms. All exports are provided in standard formats including PDF, CSV, or JSON to ensure accessibility and portability.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
TeacherServer commits to maintaining 99.9% platform uptime, less than 4-hour resolution time for critical issues, and 1-hour response time for urgent support tickets. Regular maintenance windows will be announced 48 hours in advance. We maintain 24/7 system monitoring, automatic failover systems, and conduct regular backup and recovery testing to ensure service reliability.
Termination
You agree that TeacherServer may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your website account and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines.
Links
The service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites or resources. Because TeacherServer has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that TeacherServer is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TeacherServer and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that TeacherServer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if TeacherServer has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
General Information
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and TeacherServer and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TeacherServer. The TOS and the relationship between you and TeacherServer shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeacherServer operates.
